Arise Academy is guided by the principles of honesty, integrity and service to communities. The Leadership Team and Board are responsible for the governance of the organisation. Advice and guidance is sought from the external Advisory Group in an ongoing manner.

The Board meets monthly to:

• Ensure sound governance and management of Arise Academy.

• Discuss Arise Academy’s strategic direction.

• Review quality assurance, operations and outcomes, regulatory and legislative compliance.

• Review financial performance.

• Consider and support Mission, Values and Special Characteristics.

• Select and support leadership to operationalise quality assurance practices, policies and processes.

 

The Leadership Team comprised of the Chief Executive and Directors leads the operations of the organisation.

The Directors and the Leadership Team of Arise Academy have no material conflicts of interest with the provision of Arise Academy programmes or in the refund of fees to learners.
